SUKKUR:
The 143rd three-day annual urs of Hazrat Fakir Qadir Bux better known as Bedil Bekus started on Thursday at his shrine in Rohri. Sindh culture secretary, Abdul Aziz Uqaili, lay a floral wreath at his grave. Culture Minister Sassui Palejo was scheduled to attend the urs but was unable to. A mehfil-e-mushaira and literary conference will be organised as a part of the celebrations. Unlike other shrines, the dargah of Bedil Bekus is looked after by two disciples or Gadi Nashins from the Quershi family.
