This was stated in a statement released by PML-Q secretariat after a meeting that took place between party chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and President Asif Ali Zardari.
The statement also said that PML-Q will contest the next general elections with the PPP.
According to sources, Shujaat met President Asif Ali Zardari and discussed PML-Q's reservations against government's performance and overall political situation in the country.
The issue of countrywide loadshedding was also pressed upon during the meeting.
Sources also said that President assured Hussain to address all PML-Q reservations.
PML-N in contact with PML-Q
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif said his party is in contact with PML-Q. However, he denied reports that he had held a meeting with the PML-Q chief.
Sharif made the statements during a meeting with a delegation of the Council of National Affairs in Raiwind.
Sharif asserted that his party can join hands with the PPP, only for the sake of national interests.

PML-Q where is ur self respect ?
I feel really pity for the electronic media of Pakistan. They are trying their best to create some sort of unrest and mayhem in the country for the last almost four years. Their heartfelt desire is to dislodge the Zardari regime and to send the government packing. After so much media and judiciary trial, there hopes are dashed on weekly basis. Whenever the allies go to the president house, media start flowing the tickers of breaking news that something big is cooking and allies are about to leave the government, and PPP government is in shambles. MQM has joined Government once again and PML-Q has also asserted that PPP and PML-Q will contest next polls together. ANP is also a part of the Government. Government is strong enough that can not be dislodged by democratic ways and that is the main reason that PML_N has only ray of hope that is anti democratic ways or so called people revolution. The decision to back protests against power outage is a part of entire game but I assert that it is mere day dreaming. By using such tactics PML-N can not make any political mileage. Neither can it dislodge president Zardari. After MQM and PML-Q’s back in Government media frenzy has died down, and with load shedding receding PML-N’s balloon has punctured.
Submission of resignations was a boggy. If they really decide to leave the Govt. then WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MOONIS ELAHI.
Its their last chance to eat our taxes!
Sharifs have no chance in the next elections unless they get support from their usual allies JI, JUI and other rightwing religious parties. Another possibility is for them to bite the bullet and beg the PML-Q to support them. The PPP and Imran Khan are going to defeat them even in Punjab.
Who want to leave "luxury" seat?Right Mr.Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain?
Well done MQM. Oh sorry .... PML(Q)
