Moonis Elahi: Case adjourned as judge on leave

LAHORE: The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) scam case was adjourned till October 8 as District and Sessions Judge Mujahid Mustaqeem Ahmed was on leave on Monday. At the last hearing, the judge had told the Federal Investigation Agency lawyer that he would have to give his arguments on accused Moonis Elahi’s acquittal application if the complete challan of the charges against him were not submitted by October 2.
