A couple of months too late! When mass massacre was let loose from katti pahari, for 6 days no law enforcing agency came to people’s rescue and now the operation takes place. There is no political will to apprehend the criminal elements who have brought the tribal mindset into Karachi (since the mid 60s and gained full strength by the mid 80s) where weaponry and mindless killers demarcate land under ones jurisdiction. There is no understanding of rule of law, where civil rights make no meaning and therefore have no respect. The people of katti pahari need to be moved to another plain location otherwise this will remain a safe haven for people whose livelihood is killing because they have no other skills to live off from, please evacuate Katti pahari, that is no place to live in a city like Karachi, please give its residents another place to go to, otherwise Karachi will never have its much deserved peace
