Bureaucrats urged to improve service delivery

ISLAMABAD:

Planning Minister Prof Ahsan Iqbal on Friday urged civil servants to improve public service delivery and adopt new working methods to meet the changing needs of the people as 46 officers completed the 40th Senior Management Course (SMC) at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Islamabad.

Addressing the graduation ceremony, he said consistent policies were essential for the country's progress and Pakistan needed to make steady efforts to move forward.

The minister said civil servants should use the knowledge and skills gained during their training to serve the nation.
