Police say suspect set bodies on fire to make murders appear an accidental blaze

Police have arrested a man for allegedly murdering his mother and two sisters and setting their bodies on fire to make the killings appear an accidental blaze at their home in Multan on October 28.
The suspect, identified as Aman Abbas, allegedly killed the three women in the name of honour, according to a police spokesperson.
The incident initially appeared to be an accidental fire at a house in the DHA police station's jurisdiction.
