Lena the Plug and Adam22 have sparked speculation about a reconciliation after appearing together in a new Instagram post, one month after announcing their separation.

According to Us Weekly, Lena, 35, shared a joint post with Adam, 42, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, suggesting she was giving their relationship another chance.

“Really gave this man a second chance,” she wrote. “Pls don’t mess it up 💋 Happy 10 years @adam22 ❤️.”

The accompanying video showed Lena dressed up in a hotel room before Adam appeared in the background and kissed her on the head.

Neither has explicitly confirmed that their relationship is fully back on track.

The couple’s relationship faced uncertainty in September, when Adam announced on his No Jumper podcast that they had “officially separated”.

He said they had encountered difficulties but left open the possibility of reuniting.

“We have ran into some issues and at this time, we have decided to put our relationship on ice for a period of time,” Adam explained. “Will we end up back together? There is certainly a possibility.”

Adam also acknowledged that his work commitments had affected their family life, particularly after the birth of their daughter, Parker, in November 2020.

The pair began dating in 2016 and married in May 2023. Earlier divorce rumours were disputed by Lena, who said someone had attempted to file paperwork in her name without her knowledge.

In September, Adam said he hoped they could resolve their differences and asked followers to respect their privacy.

Their latest post suggests a possible fresh start, although the couple have yet to provide further details about their relationship status.
