Dar reaffirms Turkiye bond

ISLAMABAD:

Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has reaffirmed the special bond between Pakistan and Turkiye and their longstanding ties of friendship and high-level strategic cooperation.

At the conclusion of the Regional Four (R4) and R4 meeting along with the Foreign Ministers of France, Germany, Italy and the UK, the participating Foreign Ministers called on President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkiye in Istanbul.

The deputy prime minister/foreign minister conveyed greetings from President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir to President Erdogan, the Foreign Office Spokesperson, Saturday, said in a press release.
