CDA warned over police flat evictions
.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday summoned Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Sohail Ashraf in person on October 27 over proceedings to evict police personnel residing in flats in Sector G-6, Islamabad, despite a court-issued stay order.
Justice Muhammad Azam Khan, while hearing a petition filed by police employees, expressed displeasure over the alleged disregard of the court's order and indicated that the writ petition could be converted into a contempt of court case.
The hearing was attended by counsel for the petitioners, CDA counsel Shehryar Tariq and other officials.
