Barbara Palvin has received support from fans following her return to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show just six weeks after giving birth, with some questioning why Kylie Jenner was chosen to wear the brand’s $22 million Fantasy Bra instead.

Palvin walked in the 2026 show in Los Angeles on October 19, marking her sixth appearance at the annual event. The Hungarian model welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with husband Dylan Sprouse last month.

Social media users praised Palvin’s return to the runway as she was named "the #1 MOST mentioned celebrity at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on social media". Prompting fans saying she deserved greater recognition from the lingerie brand.

A fan suggested that Palvin should have received the Fantasy Bra, writing, “Maybe next year they should give the fantasy bra to Barbara Palvin. She could pull the engagement VS wants”.

Others highlighted Palvin’s modelling career and the labels she has faced regarding her body. One post recalled that she had been considered Victoria’s Secret’s first plus-size Angel, while another questioned the contrast between her experience compared to Jenner’s prominent role at the show.

Palvin, who made her Victoria’s Secret debut in 2012 at the age of 19, discussed her return with Page Six Style before the event.

“I tell everyone: This is normal. Maternity leave is six to eight weeks; I’m six weeks tomorrow, so I’m just doing what everyone [else] is doing. And I only need to walk down a runway!” she joked.

“Funny enough, my body bounced back — luckily — really quickly. And I think it’s because I’ve never been healthier,” Palvin explained, describing how she prioritised nutrition during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

She also credited her family and friends for helping her adjust to motherhood, encouraging others not to be afraid to ask for support.
