ATC adjourns bail pleas of Imaan, husband

ISLAMABAD:

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of bail applications filed by Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha in cases related to protests, terrorism and violation of Section 144 until October 17.

Duty Judge of ATC-I Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the case.During the proceedings, the judge said that Judge Abual Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain would hear the bail applications.

The judge asked whether a meeting with Imaan and Chattha had taken place the previous day.

In response, Shireen Mazari said they were subjected to considerable difficulties and were allowed meetings only afterwards.
