Andrew wins court battle against police warrants
.

LONDON:
Britain's former prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has won a legal challenge over searches of his royal homes after police agreed that the warrants used were "unlawful", a High Court judge said on Thursday, ruling that the police investigation would remain ongoing.
Judge Nicholas Hilliard said the court must still decide whether police can retain items seized during the searches.
Andrew, 66, was arrested in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office linked to his associations with late US sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
He was released the same day after questioning and has denied wrongdoing. Andrew was stripped of his royal titles last year.
