Hina Chaudhary opens up about tough surgery, shares recovery update
Actor shares glimpses of her hospital stay, thanks friends and family for standing by her through the difficult days

Actor Hina Chaudhary has given her followers a glimpse into a difficult period in her life, revealing that she recently underwent a tough surgery and is now taking time to focus on her recovery.
The actor took to Instagram to share a series of photos and videos capturing moments from the past few days. The carousel included glimpses of her time in hospital, along with visits from friends and family who stood by her as she recovered.
One of the videos featured fellow actor Hira Khan, who could be seen sitting beside Chaudhary and offering her comfort as she went through the challenging phase.
Reflecting on the experience, Chaudhary said the ordeal had changed the way she viewed her health, family and everyday life.
“These past few days have reminded me the importance of health, life and family. I went through a tough surgery, and Alhamdulillah, I’m doing well now. We often get so caught up with work and life that we forget to prioritise our health until our body forces us to slow down,” she wrote.
Chaudhary added, “Alhamdulillah for every blessing, and for the friends and family who stood by me through it all. Still recovering, still taking it slow, and learning to appreciate the little things.”
The actor did not reveal the nature of the surgery, choosing instead to focus on her recovery and the support she received during the difficult days.
Her update prompted an outpouring of prayers and well wishes from fellow members of the entertainment industry and her fans. Actors and industry figures including Fazila Qazi, Zainab Mazhar, Hira Khan, Fahad Sheikh and Ghana Ali were among those who expressed their support in the comments.
Fans also sent messages wishing Chaudhary a smooth and speedy recovery, with many encouraging her to prioritise rest and give herself the time she needs to heal.
The actor’s latest update comes as she continues to build her presence in Pakistan’s television industry, with recent drama appearances keeping her connected with audiences. Her recent credits include Ranjish, Rasm-e-Wafa, Ae Dil and Honeymoon.
