Presley Gerber death: Video of final moments from Santa Monica rehab facility surfaces

The 27-year-old son of Cindy Crawford and brother of Kaia Gerber passed away on September 20

Presley Gerber was filmed inside a Santa Monica rehabilitation facility on the evening before his death, according to a video exclusively obtained by Page Six.

The 27-year-old model, the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, was seen recording himself inside a shared bedroom at Resolutions Living.

Two sources confirmed the footage was filmed on Saturday night.

Gerber was wearing a white tank top, silver chain necklace and black glasses, with his tattoos visible. The video also showed several beds, a balcony, a bathroom and views of the surrounding property.

Gerber died on September 20 while staying at the facility. Authorities reportedly responded to a call involving "cardiac arrest" and "overdose". An official cause of death has not been revealed.

The facility's website describes its treatment as a "three-phase recovery program" involving "goal-setting activities, volunteer work and character-building exercises."

Following his death, the Gerber family asked for "privacy during this very difficult and painful time."

A source also described Gerber's relationship with his sister, Kaia Gerber, saying, "Kaia and Presley were insanely close. I don’t know how she’s going to go on without him." The source added, "They were way more than brother and sister. She is heartbroken. They were like best friends."

Gerber was cremated, while his family is reportedly planning a private memorial. His parents have also been described as struggling emotionally following the loss.

He had previously faced addiction issues, while his family had supported him through those difficulties.
