Toronto-based production company Accent Aigu Entertainment (AAE), the producer behind the acclaimed series Heated Rivalry, has announced the official launch of The Irina Foundation. Established as a private, independent fund, the initiative is dedicated to championing inclusivity, accessibility, and mental well-being through sports and creative arts, placing a particular emphasis on supporting LGBTQIA2+ and underserved communities.

By funding organisations that establish inclusive and safe spaces, The Irina Foundation aims to assist individuals in building meaningful human connections while fostering stronger, more resilient communities globally. The non-profit initiative expands on AAE’s existing philanthropic endeavours established over the past year, formalising its commitment to social impact.

The new foundation takes its inspiration from fictional lore, deriving its name directly from the charitable organisation created by characters Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov in Rachel Reid’s widely popular Game Changer book series.

Prominent global brands have already committed early backing to the project. Fashion brand Kate Spade New York has stepped forward as the inaugural donor for The Irina Foundation, with men's grooming brand Harry’s also joining as an early supporter to help drive its social mission.
