'Twilight' star Taylor Lautner and wife Tay welcome first baby together

Taylor Lautner and his wife, Tay Lautner, have welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Lennon Taylor, marking a new chapter for the couple.

The pair announced the birth on Wednesday, September 23, through a joint Instagram post.

Their daughter, affectionately nicknamed “Lenny”, was born on 16 September.

The couple shared a photograph of their newborn wearing a pink onesie beside a personalised needlepoint displaying her name.

The accompanying caption read, “One week loving our sweet little Lenny🤍 Lennon Taylor Lautner🎀 9.16.2026.”

Taylor and Tay announced they were expecting their first child in March 2026 and revealed their baby's sex in June.

The pregnancy marked a personal milestone for Tay, who previously spoke about her concerns over sharing such private news publicly.

On an April episode of her podcast, The Squeeze, Tay admitted, “I’ve never shared anything this personal with the internet before. And I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about it.”

The couple also celebrated their growing family with a baby shower on August 19, planned with the help of influencer Jaclyn Hill and her husband, Jordan Farnum.

Tay thanked Hill on Instagram, describing her as someone with “the biggest heart” and saying she would be “the best auntie ever”.

Taylor and Tay married in November 2022. Their daughter's arrival comes nearly four years after their wedding, as they begin life as a family of three.
