Taylor Swift has sparked fresh speculation among fans after her official website began displaying a mysterious countdown on Tuesday, September 22.

The singer’s official store redirected visitors to a password-protected page featuring a countdown set to end at 2pm ET on September 22. The page also displays the message “ENDS SEP 22 AT 2PM ET,” but Swift has not publicly confirmed what the countdown is connected to.

The update comes after several changes across Taylor Swift’s online platforms. Earlier Tuesday, Swift changed her social media bio to read, “And, baby, that’s sh0w business f0r y0u,” replacing three instances of the letter “O” with the number zero. Taylor Nation, Swift’s official fan page, reportedly made the same change.

Fans have also noticed a new third page appearing in the “Read My Letter” section of Swift’s website. The content of the additional page has not yet been revealed.

The developments follow Swift’s appearance at the 2026 Emmy Awards, where she used several phrases that were later identified by producers as Easter eggs, further encouraging fans to analyse her recent activity for clues.

Several theories have emerged about what the Taylor Swift countdown could announce. One possibility being discussed by fans is Taylor Swift (Taylor’s Version), the re-recorded edition of her 2006 debut album. The album will mark its 20th anniversary on October 24.

Other fan theories include a deluxe edition of The Life of a Showgirl, new merchandise, another vinyl release, Reputation (Taylor’s Version) or a future tour announcement.
