Singer and actor returned to Houston after 15 years for a concert celebrating Pakistan’s pop and rock music

Singer and actor Junaid Khan has offered fans a glimpse into The Nostalgia Tour, a live concert that brought five prominent names from Pakistan’s music scene together on one stage in Houston, Texas.

Held at Warehouse Live in Houston, the concert brought Khan together with Zoe Viccaji, Shallum Xavier, Farooq Ahmed and Sohail Haider for a night centred on Pakistani pop and rock music. The event took audiences on a musical journey through songs and sounds that have remained part of listeners’ memories across generations.

The five artists had announced the event together ahead of the concert, sharing a group picture across their social media platforms. The announcement captured the spirit of the reunion with the words: “5 ARTISTS. 1 STAGE. 1 NIGHT TO REMEMBER. The voices. The melodies. The memories that defined a generation.”

For Khan, the Houston performance also marked a return to a city he had not performed in for years.

Taking to social media, Khan wrote: “It’s been a long time since I performed for a Houston audience, the last time was back in 2011. Can’t wait to be back on stage and share a great night with you all.”
