Lori Loughlin has filed for divorce from Mossimo Giannulli after nearly three decades of marriage, officially ending their relationship months after they separated and began living apart.

The Full House star filed divorce paperwork on September 8, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. According to the filing, Loughlin listed August 31, 2025, as the couple’s date of separation. She also noted that they have a prenuptial agreement and said issues involving spousal support would be determined at a later date.

Loughlin and Giannulli married in 1997 and share two daughters, Olivia Jade Giannulli and Bella Giannulli.

Their marriage faced significant public scrutiny in recent years following the college admissions scandal, which resulted in both serving prison sentences. The couple later continued their lives separately before Loughlin’s latest divorce filing.

The split also comes amid questions surrounding the couple’s finances. They previously had a prenuptial agreement, which could keep many of their assets separate. The pair also sold their Hidden Hills mansion for $12.65 million late last year.

Loughlin recently returned to Instagram after an extended absence. On September 7, she shared a video with the caption, “Here’s to things working out,” though she did not directly address her marriage or divorce in the post.

The divorce filing makes Loughlin and Giannulli’s separation official after almost 30 years together. The couple’s relationship has remained in the public eye since their 1997 wedding, particularly following the college admissions case and its legal fallout.

The divorce proceedings are ongoing, and further details regarding the couple’s financial arrangements and support issues have yet to be determined.
