Two 'robbers' killed, one injured

Two suspected robbers were killed and a another injured and arrested during an alleged police encounter in Shahdara.

According to a spokesperson for the Lahore DIG operations, the three armed men had entered Saggian after allegedly committing a robbery in Kot Abdul Malik.

The police intercepted them while they were allegedly attempting another robbery.

The suspects allegedly opened fire on the police, triggering an exchange of fire in which Ali Akbar and another man named Ali were killed.
