PTI leader's bail hearing adjourned

An anti-terrorism court on Wednesday adjourned until August 20 the hearing of bail petitions filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ejaz Chaudhary in three cases related to the May 9 violence.
ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gill heard the petitions.
Chaudhary's senior counsel Mian Ali Ashfaq did not appear before the court and his associate sought time to present arguments.
The court accepted the request and adjourned the hearing until August 20.
Chaudhary has sought bail in cases concerning attacks on Jinnah House, Askari Tower and police vehicles near during the riots.
