Rawalpindi Additional District and Sessions Judge has granted interim bail against visually impaired senior citizen Ghulam Farooq Abbasi in a false transaction case, restraining the police from arresting him and seeking the complete record of the case.
The CPO has also ordered an inquiry into the false case against the citizen.
The police had registered a case of against him for accepting money from a citizen in exchange of forging a matriculation certificate.
