IHC restrains NCCIA against vlogger

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) restrained the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) from harassing vlogger and YouTuber Asad Ali Toor during the course of an inquiry and summoned the investigation officer to appear before the court in person.

The order was issued by Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro while hearing a petition challenging an NCCIA notice issued to the petitioner. Representing the petitioner, advocate Attaullah Kundi said that his client was willing to join the inquiry but feared arrest.
