A$AP Rocky has withdrawn an offer to collaborate with graphic designer Allan Peters after a private Instagram message about a potential logo project was shared publicly.

Peters posted a screenshot of Rocky’s direct message on Instagram. In it, the rapper asked about the designer’s rates for logo revisions and expressed his admiration for his work.

“Good morning Allan. How much do u charge for brand logo revisions? Assuming you would be willing to do so, I would be honored, love ur work, god bless.”

Peters, who has more than one million Instagram followers, shared the exchange with the caption, “I have no words,” appearing excited about the potential collaboration.

Rocky subsequently responded in the comments, objecting to the publication of the private conversation.

“THIS IS JUST DISTASTEFUL. WELL I GUESS WE WON'T BE WORKING. BEST OF LUCK BUDDY.”

Peters later removed the post. He subsequently addressed the incident in a video apology shared on X.

“I'm a big fan of A$AP Rocky and I hope it ends up working out. I made a mistake and I wish I hadn't done it.”

The incident has prompted discussion among designers and other creatives about confidentiality when handling potential client relationships.

Peters is known for documenting his branding and logo work online, but the episode has highlighted the distinction between sharing completed projects and publishing private business communications.

Rocky, meanwhile, continues to promote his latest album, Don't Be Dumb. He has completed the North American leg of his tour and is preparing for European dates later this month.

He recently appeared on The Jason Lee Show, expressing deep admiration for Rihanna, and discussing his Harlem upbringing, fatherhood, and lingering internet drama involving Drake.
