Taylor Lautner's wife, Tay Lautner, is embracing the lighter side of pregnancy, joking that one of the biggest changes to her body has become an unexpected bonus for her husband.

During the latest episode of the couple's podcast, The Squeeze, Tay, 29, laughed about how her pregnancy has dramatically changed her body, revealing that Taylor has been more than happy with one particular development.

"My husband's enjoying my big boobs," Tay joked. "Honestly, the boobs getting bigger is crazy to me. The fact that I'm literally a double-D is crazy."

Tay admitted she's still adjusting to the changes, saying she's been reluctant to buy larger bras despite her growing cup size.

"I'm still wearing my C-cup bra and just being uncomfortable," she said, describing her changing breasts as one of the biggest surprises of pregnancy. She also mentioned developing stretch marks and cellulite as her body continues to change.

The couple announced in March that they are expecting their first child together and later revealed they are having a baby girl. Taylor shared his excitement after the gender reveal, writing that becoming a "girl dad" had always been his dream.

Beyond the physical changes, Tay also praised the Twilight star for stepping up throughout her pregnancy, revealing that he has taken care of meals, household chores and their dogs while she dealt with the challenges of the first trimester.

"I relied so much on him," she said, recalling how he regularly made her grilled cheese sandwiches and ensured she stayed hydrated when morning sickness left her exhausted.

Tay has also been candid about the emotional side of pregnancy. Earlier this year, she revealed she struggled with body image during her second trimester after comparing herself to other pregnant women online. She said learning to be kinder to herself has been one of the biggest lessons of the journey.

Married since 2022, Taylor and Tay have frequently shared glimpses of their relationship through The Squeeze podcast, where they openly discuss marriage, mental health and the realities of preparing for parenthood. Their latest conversation continued that tradition, mixing humour with honesty as they navigate the final months before welcoming their daughter.
