Pakistan keeps skies closed to Indian planes

ISLAMABAD:

Pakistan has extended its airspace ban on Indian civilian and military aircraft for another month, with the restriction now remaining in force until Aug 23 under a fresh Notice to Airmen (Notam) issued by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA).

The previous

restriction was due to expire on July 24.

According to the Notam, Indian-registered aircraft, as well as aircraft operated or leased by Indian airlines and operators, including military flights, will continue to be barred from using Pakistan's airspace until 11:59pm on Aug 23, 2026.
