Two arrested for rape

LAHORE:

Lahore. Police have arrested two suspects nominated in a case of raping a woman and fraudulently transferring Rs600,000 from her bank accounts in Sundar area.

According to the FIR registered at Sundar police station, the complainant alleged that she was lured under the pretext of a modelling opportunity. She sated that she was given a drink suspected to be laced with an intoxicating substance and was sexually assaulted.

The FIR alleged that Rs600,000 was transferred to different accounts without her consent.Following the complaint, police launched raids at various locations and arrested both nominated suspects.
