Joe Jonas puts post-divorce Brooklyn home up for sale
Joe Jonas has listed his Brooklyn condo for $6.75 million, two years after purchasing the luxury residence

Joe Jonas has reportedly listed his luxury Brooklyn condominium for $6.75 million, just two years after purchasing the property following his divorce from Sophie Turner.
The singer acquired the residence in 2024 for $6.5 million, meaning the asking price is approximately $250,000 higher than what he originally paid.
Located in the Olympia residential development in Brooklyn, the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condominium spans approximately 2,654 square feet. The home features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Manhattan Bridge, custom white oak finishes, terrazzo detailing, sculptural lighting and designer interiors.
The residence also includes a marble kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances, a walk-in pantry, a dedicated vinyl listening room and a speakeasy-inspired lounge. The primary suite offers spa-style amenities, making the property one of the premium residences within the waterfront development.
Jonas has not publicly commented on the decision to sell the apartment, and the reason for listing the property remains unknown. While the asking price exceeds the original purchase price, any final profit would depend on factors such as agent commissions, taxes and other selling costs.
The listing comes as Jonas continues to balance his music career with co-parenting responsibilities for his two daughters following his divorce from Turner. The former couple, who finalised their divorce in 2024, have since established a co-parenting arrangement after resolving earlier legal disputes regarding their children.
Earlier this year, Jonas spoke openly about fatherhood, describing his daughters as a renewed source of purpose and expressing appreciation for his co-parenting relationship with Turner.
The sale marks another chapter for the singer as he continues managing both his personal life and professional commitments while placing one of Brooklyn's high-end residences on the market.
