'Bad Boys' Theresa Randle faces restraining order after ex found her in his closet

Theresa Randle faces temporary restraining order after abuse allegations made by former partner in court filings

Theresa Randle has been served with a temporary restraining order after allegations made by her former partner, Dario Pallini, in court filings detailing two incidents that allegedly occurred following the end of their relationship.

According to documents filed by Pallini and obtained by TMZ, he claims the actress began harassing him after their relationship ended in 2024. The temporary restraining order was granted ahead of a court hearing scheduled for June 23.

In the filings, Pallini alleges that the most recent incident took place on June 1 when he returned home and found Randle inside his residence.

He claims he discovered her “sitting in my closet with my dog” and alleged she was smoking crack cocaine at the time.

Pallini further claimed that Randle appeared surprised by his arrival and told him she believed he was incarcerated.

Pallini alleges that after he asked her to leave, she became angry and threw a can of vegetables that struck him on the head. He claims police attended the property and removed her from the residence.

A second incident referenced in the filings allegedly occurred on May 18. Pallini claims he woke up to find Randle inside his apartment.

According to the court documents, he believed she was under the influence of drugs and alleged that she began cleaning the property while demanding money she believed she was owed.

He further alleges that she threatened to shoot him before striking him in the shoulder with the metal leg of a medical bed. Pallini stated in the filing that he had her arrested following the incident.

The judge granted a temporary restraining order based on the filings. Pallini also claimed in court documents that Randle “is addicted to drugs and needs help”, although that statement has not been independently verified.

Randle has not been charged in connection with the allegations. A representative for the actress had not responded to requests for comment at the time of writing.
