The outfit drew criticism online, with some comparing it to a school uniform. Others also pointed out the irony of the look, noting that while Khattak appeared to be dressed for tennis, she was actually on a padel court.

Despite the backlash, Khattak stood her ground, taking to Instagram to post pictures from the gym. Her post featured her in athletic wear, along with a few snapshots from her travels, seemingly signaling that she remains unfazed by public opinion about her clothing.

Khattak also shared another video addressing the situation more directly, saying: “Why are you taking life so seriously? Even I don't even take myself that seriously, so why are you?”
