Three killed as coach overturns in bid to save stray cow

HYDERABAD:

Three people lost their lives and more than 30 were injured when a passenger coach overturned in Badin district while attempting to avoid hitting a cow that suddenly appeared on the road.

The incident took place in Tando Ghulam Ali, a rural town in Badin, on Friday. The coach was en route from Hyderabad to Badin when the driver lost control while trying to avert the animal.

At least 20 of the injured passengers, several of them in critical condition, were shifted to Liaquat University Hospital for medical treatment.
