Heartstopper Forever release date confirmed as Netflix shares first look
Netflix confirms Heartstopper Forever finale film will premiere on July 17, concluding Nick and Charlie’s story

Netflix has officially announced the release date for Heartstopper Forever, the upcoming finale film that will conclude the story of Nick and Charlie.
The film is set to premiere on July 17, marking a significant milestone for fans of the hit coming-of-age series.
The announcement continues a tradition for the streaming platform, which has consistently shared major updates about Heartstopper on the anniversary of its original debut. This latest reveal comes four years after the series first premiered, further building anticipation for the final chapter.
Written by creator Alice Oseman and directed by Wash Westmoreland, Heartstopper Forever serves as the concluding instalment of the beloved Netflix series. The story will wrap up the journey of Nick, played by Kit Connor, and Charlie, portrayed by Joe Locke, whose relationship has been central to the show’s success.
The release timing aligns closely with the publication of Heartstopper Volume 6, the final graphic novel in the series, scheduled for release on July 2. Oseman had previously indicated that the film would not debut before the book’s launch, ensuring narrative continuity between the original source material and its screen adaptation.
The film will see the return of key cast members, including William Gao, Yasmin Finney, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Tobie Donovan, Jenny Walser, Rhea Norwood and Leila Khan. Kit Connor and Joe Locke also serve as executive producers alongside Patrick Walters, Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, Alice Oseman and Euros Lyn.
Produced by See-Saw Films, Heartstopper Forever is expected to deliver an emotional conclusion to one of Netflix’s most popular teen dramas.
