Everything annnounced in CinemaCon 2026 presentations

Walt Disney Studios presented a range of upcoming projects at CinemaCon 2026, including the first trailer for Avengers Doomsday and new footage from Marvel, Star Wars and Pixar titles.
The presentation concluded with Avengers Doomsday, introduced by Kevin Feige and the Russo Brothers, who discussed Victor Von Doom as a central figure. Robert Downey Jr appeared on stage wearing a Doctor Doom shirt before the trailer was shown.
The footage featured Xavier observing a light in the sky, followed by scenes of Doom, the Avengers Tower and multiple characters including the Fantastic Four, Shuri, Namor and Cyclops.
In one sequence, Thor says the threat they face is greater than previous enemies before Steve Rogers appears, retrieving Mjolnir. Chris Evans later joined the panel, stating he returned because “in Doomsday, there is a very good reason.”
Disney also introduced Infinity Vision, a certification for premium large format cinemas, set to debut with the re-release of Avengers Endgame on September 25.
The Mandalorian and Grogu was presented by Jon Favreau, who reflected on the franchise’s return to cinemas. New footage showed Mando and Grogu confronting Imperial remnants, with Mando telling Grogu, “What are you waiting for? Hop on!” The film will include extended sequences formatted for large screens.
Pixar’s Toy Story 5 was previewed with clips focusing on Bonnie receiving a device called Lilypad, with Jessie telling it, “That ain't a real friend. A real friend will be there.” Tom Hanks and Tim Allen appeared on stage to discuss the film.
Additional projects included Hexed, starring Hailee Steinfeld, and the live-action Moana, with Dwayne Johnson discussing its themes and casting.
Ice Age Boiling Point, The Devil Wears Prada 2, The Dog Stars, Whalefall and Wild Horse Nine were also presented with footage.
