Lindsie Chrisley’s boyfriend arrested on strangulation and assault charges

The boyfriend of podcast host and former reality TV personality Lindsie Chrisley has been arrested following an alleged violent incident in Georgia.
According to reports, David Landsman was taken into custody on charges of misdemeanor battery and felony aggravated assault/strangulation.
As first reported by People, Landsman was booked into the Cherokee County jail on April 10 after authorities responded to an incident in Woodstock, Georgia. He has since been released.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Landsman is accused of placing his hand around the victim’s neck and applying pressure, allegedly stating they were “not going anywhere.” The affidavit further claims he pushed the individual out of a residence, resulting in a fall that caused a head injury. The victim reportedly suffered a laceration, with visible bleeding following the incident.
Local authorities confirmed that police responded to the scene around 1 a.m., with investigators continuing to examine the case. Officials noted that cases of this nature typically involve follow-up investigations to ensure all details are thoroughly reviewed.
At this time, Landsman has not been formally charged by prosecutors, and the case remains under investigation.
Chrisley, known for her podcast and media appearances, is the daughter of Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley, who were previously involved in a high-profile legal case.
