Silent Hill f manga to introduce new ending in upcoming adaptation
Silent Hill f manga adaptation will feature new ending written by Ryukishi07 and expand game’s storyline

An official manga adaptation of Silent Hill f is set to expand the game’s narrative by introducing a completely new ending, adding another layer to the survival horror title’s branching storyline.
The adaptation was announced to mark six months since the game’s release and will be written by Silent Hill f scenario writer Ryukishi07.
According to the official Silent Hill account, the manga will be serialised on the digital platform Young Ace UP, marking a continuation of the game’s universe in a new format.
Like other entries in Konami’s Silent Hill franchise, Silent Hill f features multiple endings determined by player choices. The upcoming manga will add a “new ending,” bringing the total number of endings to six.
This addition is expected to expand on the narrative established in the original game, though details regarding the nature of the ending have not been disclosed.
Artwork for the manga will be produced by Ame Gokin, who has already shared early visuals depicting protagonist Hinako holding spider lilies while appearing distressed. The imagery aligns with the tone of the series, which is known for its psychological horror elements and symbolic storytelling.
Silent Hill f has been widely recognised within the franchise since its release, receiving positive reception from both players and critics.
The title has also seen additional attention through related media and collaborations, including an official novel released previously and appearances linked to promotional activities involving its cast.
At present, no release date has been confirmed for the manga, and information regarding an official English translation remains unavailable.
