ISLAMABAD:

Eid festivities are picking up momentum, with women collecting freshly stitched clothes from tailors while shops selling bangles and jewellery light up after the iftar rush.

Shopkeepers said the rush has intensified over the past few days, with families visiting markets in large numbers to complete their Eid preparations.

Every shop is witnessing a surge of customers eager to celebrate the festival in style
