Jack Osbourne has become a father for the fifth time, announcing the birth of his daughter with wife Aree Gearhart and choosing a name in tribute to his late father, Ozzy Osbourne.
On March 11, Osbourne shared a black and white video of the newborn on Instagram, captioning it: "Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne." The clip shows the baby resting on a floral print blanket beside a bat-shaped stuffed animal, referencing the Black Sabbath legend.
This is the fifth child for Jack Osbourne. He and Aree also share three-year-old daughter Maple, while he has three children from his previous marriage to Lisa Stelly: Pearl, 13; Andy, 10; and Minnie, seven.
Osbourne revealed in December that growing his family had been both a distraction and a source of healing after the death of his father in July 2025, following a long battle with multiple sclerosis. He confirmed he was able to share the news of Aree’s pregnancy with Ozzy before his passing.
“It’s very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness,” Osbourne told The Sun at the time. The couple described the arrival of Ozzy Matilda as both planned and miraculous, marking a joyful addition to their growing family.
