No room for terrorism in K-P, says governor

PESHAWAR:

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi on Sunday said there was no room for terrorism in the province. He also paid tribute to the security forces for their successful operations against terrorists in various districts.

In a statement, the governor said security forces carried out effective intelligence-based operations in different areas of the province and eliminated several terrorists, which he termed a commendable achievement.

He said the sacrifices and professional capabilities of the Pakistan Army and law enforcement agencies in the war against terrorism were a source of pride for the entire nation.
