Millie Bobby Brown reveals Henry Cavill set strict boundaries on 'Enola Holmes' set
Millie Bobby Brown shares how Henry Cavill enforced strict boundaries on set, keeping their relationship professional

Millie Bobby Brown once revealed that her "Enola Holmes" co-star Henry Cavill established "very strict" boundaries to maintain a professional working relationship on set.
The 22-year-old "Stranger Things" actress opened up about her dynamic with Cavill, 42, during a 2022 interview with Deadline, explaining how their on-set relationship differed from the "sibling" bond she shares with her Stranger Things co-stars.
"It's different because I grew up with Noah [Schnapp] and Charlie [Heaton]. I met them when I was 10," Brown explained. "So, for me, it does feel like your schoolmates. With Henry, it feels like a real adult relationship. Like a really good friendship, a really healthy one."
Brown elaborated that Cavill established clear parameters for their interaction. "I know Henry. He has terms and conditions with me. I'm not allowed to ask about his personal life. It's like, 'Millie, shut up. No.' And I'm like, 'Understood.'"
She contrasted this with her Stranger Kids co-stars, noting, "There's no boundaries because it's like we're all siblings. But with Henry, he's very strict with me, which I appreciate."
Cavill, for his part, spoke warmly of Brown while promoting "Enola Holmes 2," telling Lifestyle.NQ: "I am a fan of Millie Bobby Brown, I think she's extraordinary. I have watched her stuff. The opportunity to play in a movie supporting her character... it was a no brainer for me."
The duo stars as Sherlock Holmes and his younger sister Enola in Netflix's mystery film franchise. Brown described her experience in the Enola Holmes movies as "pivotal" in her acting career.
"Enola Holmes 3" is set to release later this year, with Brown and Cavill returning alongside Louis Partridge and Helena Bonham Carter. Philip Barantini, known for "Boiling Point" and "Adolescence," will direct the crime mystery sequel.
The third installment continues the adventures of the young detective and her famous brother as they solve mysteries in Victorian England.
