Eileen Gu attends Milan Fashion Week after making Olympic history in freestyle skiing

Eileen Gu has stepped onto the fashion stage in Milan following her latest Olympic success, attending presentations at Milan Fashion Week shortly after securing another gold medal.
The 22-year-old freestyle skier recently claimed gold in the women’s halfpipe, becoming the most decorated female freestyle skier in Olympic history.
She arrived at the 2026 Winter Games with two golds and one silver from Beijing, before adding silver medals in big air and slopestyle and a final gold in halfpipe.
Days later, Gu appeared at Milan Fashion Week, where she attended Brunello Cucinelli and Prada presentations. At Brunello Cucinelli, she wore a silk gown aligned with the brand’s understated aesthetic, later sharing images from the event on Instagram captioned: “Quality time 🤍 ,” followed by “Grazie mille Brunello Cucinelli.”
Her post drew praise from followers, with one writing, “I’ve never been so inspired by someone in my life!!!” Another commented, “Watching you shine in every industry makes me so proud😍.”
Gu was also photographed at the Prada Fall/Winter 2026 womenswear show in Milan, where she was seen alongside Thai actors Pond Naravit and Namtan Tipnaree, as well as Karina of Aespa.
Elsewhere during Milan Fashion Week, Stray Kids member Bang Chan attended the Fendi Fall/Winter 2026/2027 show, which marked the debut of Maria Grazia Chiuri. Other attendees included Uma Thurman, Monica Bellucci, Jessica Alba, LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin and Song Yuqi of I-Dle.
Gu previously went viral during the Games after responding to a reporter who asked whether she viewed her silver medals as “two golds lost”. Raised in Northern California, she competes for China, her mother’s home country.
