The 46-year-old checked out of the treatment facility after voluntarily seeking help following a recent driving under the influence (DUI) arrest in Las Vegas earlier this year.

Odom, who previously played in the NBA and was once married to Khloé Kardashian, entered rehab at iRely Recovery with the goal of addressing his marijuana use. His manager, Gina Rodriguez, told TMZ and other outlets that Odom was concerned his marijuana consumption could potentially lead him back to harder substances, prompting him to take proactive steps toward recovery.

At the time of his January arrest, Odom denied being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. However, police reports indicated that his vehicle smelled of marijuana, and he admitted to having used it earlier that day. He was later released on bail and subsequently chose to enter an inpatient program.

Speaking publicly in recent interviews, Odom acknowledged his long-standing struggles with substance use and the factors that contributed to them.
