Six members of one family killed in attack on house in Balochistan’s Buleda
Police say unidentified attackers targeted the house with firearms and an explosive device, causing extensive damage

At least six members of the same family were killed and three others wounded on Wednesday in an attack on a residential house in the Minaz locality of Buleda tehsil in Kech district of Balochistan, officials told The Express Tribune.
Police said unidentified attackers targeted the house with firearms and an explosive device, causing extensive damage. Several of those killed were children.
The injured were taken to a nearby hospital, where some were reported to be in serious condition.
Security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation in nearby locations.
Authorities said a formal investigation has been opened, and all possible motives are being examined.
Officials noted that sporadic incidents of violence have occurred in parts of the region in recent weeks.
Last month, a man from Faisalabad was shot dead in the Pishukan area of Gwadar district.
Authorities said measures were being taken to strengthen security and ensure those responsible are brought to justice.
