Power Plays: No powerful defaulting colleges

Mepco officials said that the colleges had defaulted on their bills worth Rs40 million.

MULTAN: Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) sub division Gulgasht has disconnected the electricity of dozens of colleges and schools in the district. Mepco officials said that the colleges had defaulted on their bills worth Rs40 million. Students have been forced to study without electricity and several parents protested against the authorities.
