HYDERABAD:

The business community of Hyderabad has denounced the government's decision to replace the net metering facility for the solar powered consumers with net billing, describing it as a clear violation of the commitments made with the public, traders and investors.

He argued that such an approach amply reflected that the government imposed harsh decisions on weaker segments of the society, while at the same time exhibiting its helplessness before the influential groups.
