Call to repair roads in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD:

The Hyderabad SITE Association of Trade and Industry (HSATI) has expressed deep concern over the deteriorating condition of the main roads connecting Hyderabad city to the Autobahn Road, the city's largest commercial road housing both trade and industry.

HSATI Chairman Zubair Ghangra stated on Sunday that the roads of critical importance had remained under decay for many years. He pointed out that not only the traders and industrialists were affected by those roads, but the citizens who commute on a daily basis were also troubled.

Ghangra lamented that not only the road surfaces had potholes, sewage poodles were also occupying large sections of the roads.
