Masked bikers make away with Rs8m

Two motorcycle-borne robbers snatched Rs eight million in cash from employees of an electronics shop in the Preedy area before fleeing the scene, police reported on Saturday. An FIR has been registered at Preedy Police Station, with the company's Assistant Manager Salman as the complainant.

According to authorities, the shop employees were withdrawing cash from a private bank in Saddar when the armed suspects intercepted them near Zebunnisa Street Jewellers. Using weapons to threaten the employees, the robbers seized the cash and escaped.

Following the incident, Sindh IG Javed Odho ordered a detailed report from Karachi police chief Azad Khan.
