Alaia Baldwin Aronow, the older sister of Hailey Bieber, is facing potential jail time after Georgia prosecutors charged her with multiple misdemeanors stemming from a nightclub incident in early 2024.

Aronow, 33, was arrested on Feb. 24, 2024, following an altercation at Club Elan in Georgia. According to a police report obtained by Page Six, the model allegedly threw a used tampon at a bartender and physically assaulted two bouncers while being removed from the venue.

On Monday, prosecutors formally brought four misdemeanor charges against Aronow, simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass, court documents obtained by Us Weekly show. If convicted on the battery charge, she could face up to one year in jail.

Her arraignment is scheduled for April 23.

According to the police report, security footage from the club shows Aronow forcing her way into a locked employee bathroom. Bartender Haleigh Cauley told officers that Aronow asked to use the restroom to change her tampon and was granted a few minutes. When Cauley returned, Aronow allegedly removed her tampon and threw it at her.

Security then intervened and escorted Aronow out of the club. The report states that surveillance video shows her resisting removal and fighting with bouncers as she was taken outside.

“The video clearly shows [Aronow] grabbing and pulling [one bouncer’s] hair and striking another bouncer in the genitals,” the report reads.

Prosecutors further allege that Aronow pulled hair from one victim’s scalp during the confrontation.

Aronow initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom and claimed she was “forcefully removed” from the club.

She also initially denied throwing the tampon, though police noted she later admitted to doing so. Regarding the altercation with security staff, Aronow told authorities she was acting in self-defense.

A representative for Aronow did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Aronow is the eldest daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and graphic designer Kennya Baldwin, and she has appeared at numerous fashion and charity events alongside her younger sister, Hailey Bieber.
