NAUSHEHRO FEROZE:
A police constable identified as Maznoor Ujan was killed when the police picket near Tharushah town was attacked by Sohrab Khoso, Asghar Khoso and Quban Khoso. The men attacked the police to avenge the death of Akhtiar Ali Khoso, a bandit, who was killed in an encounter in May. Khoso and his family used to live in the Kandi village near Dadu but moved to the Beri Wara Khosa village near Tharushah town later. The police have registered FIR No. 152/2011 against the men. The injured constable was taken to Naushehro hospital and then to Peoples Medical College Hospital in Nawabshah.
