PTI's street movement starts
K-P CM addresses rallies in Peshawar, Nowshera and Mardan

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, while addressing participants of the Street Movement rally at Tarujabba, Nowshera, stated that the movement was a structured, peaceful and constitutional struggle against fascism, with no room for violence or disorder.
He said that the PIT leadership taught them the lesson of a peaceful political struggle, and they were fully committed to the principle, which is why not even a flowerpot was broken throughout the movement.
The chief minister said that they were peaceful, remained peaceful and will continue to remain peaceful, as the Constitution of Pakistan grants the right to peaceful protest, and added they would exercise this constitutional right under all circumstances.
He clarified that the movement will be taken to its peak by February 8, with the objective of organising and amplifying the public voice for the release of their unjustly imprisoned leader Imran Khan, and that the future course of action will also be announced at that stage.
Later, while addressing the Street Movement rally participants at Pakistan Chowk in Mardan, in his concluding address, Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Peshawar, Nowshera and Mardan for their massive participation and warm reception.
