'Gaza Peace Board is an international deception'

A broad coalition of Pakistan's political, religious, and minority leaders has firmly rejected the proposed US-backed "Gaza Peace Board," calling it a dangerous illusion of peace that excludes Palestinians and legitimises Israeli aggression. Speaking at an emergency press conference at the Karachi Press Club, leaders warned that any initiative involving figures like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cannot bring peace to Gaza and instead threatens regional justice and Pakistan's principled foreign policy.

Members of the Patron-in-Chief Committee of the Palestine Foundation Pakistan on Saturday categorically rejected Pakistan's participation in the so-called Gaza Peace Board during the press conference. The speakers declared that peace in Gaza is impossible in the presence of what they termed "killers like Netanyahu," and described the Gaza Peace Board formed under the leadership of Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu as an international fraud.

They said the United States is not a trustworthy mediator and that attempts to disarm Palestinian resistance movements and convert Gaza into a so-called recreational or tourist zone are completely unacceptable.

The speakers said US President Donald Trump, under the guise of a Gaza Peace Board, seeks to rebel against the existing global order and impose his own rules on the world.
